Ingredients
1 lb elbow macaroni
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 ½ cup half and half
1/3-cup real mayonnaise
Salt (kosher)
Pepper
1/3-cup fresh parsley (fine chop)
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
2oz shredded Colby – Jack cheese
2oz shredded Parmesan cheese
2oz shredded American cheese
2oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
4oz Cheddar cheese sauce
Step 1: In a pot, cook the macaroni noodles until aldente’ meaning to the tooth. You will be cooking the noodles again in the oven. Drain and place in a casserole dish or aluminum container. Add melted butter, half and half, and mayonnaise. Whisk until mixture becomes thick. This is the base for your cheese sauce.
Step 2: Add all cheeses, one at a time until all are well
incorporated in the noodles. Add salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.
